LSI in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Instructional Designer I to join the IPT and develop CBT materials, using off-the-shelf and company tools, per contract requirements.
You will collaborate with SMEs and CWDs, apply ISD principles, create storyboards, and ensure materials meet QA and ITAR/NISPOM standards; willing to travel up to 10% and obtain a security clearance.

The Instructional Designer I serves as an integral part of the Integrated Product Team (IPT), conducting the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases to develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) materials using commercial off-the-shelf and/or company-created software tools. The ID provides expertise to design and develop CBT or conduct technical training in accordance with contractual specifications, standards, and instructions.
