Universal Health Services' Thousand Branches Wellness in The Woodlands, TX seeks a experienced Program Manager for its start-up outpatient mental health clinic serving adolescents and adults. You will oversee daily operations, clinical oversight, and program development, aligning with corporate outpatient goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree, Texas clinical license, leadership in behavioral health, and the ability to supervise clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active TX Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC or equivalent).
• Able to provide clinical supervision.
• 5–8 years of behavioral healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all employees and daily operations.
• Monitor client satisfaction through standardized measures.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of clinical staff.
• Develop curriculum and service lines for outpatient services.
• Facilitate group sessions and ensure curriculum integrity.
• Manage referrals, assessments, and direct client contact.
• Perform performance improvement and risk monitoring.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive program development.
• Handle fiscal responsibilities and deadlines.
• Manage census and utilization review.
• Oversee FTE and expenses and physical space.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment, development, implementation, and management of outpatient services. Under the guidance of UHS Corporate Outpatient Department this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.
