The role focuses on clinical assessment, individual and group therapy, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in a flexible setting offered both in person and virtually. The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and implementation
• Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family)
• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning
• Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration
• Thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Outpatient treatment can provide the structure, consistency and flexibility needed to build momentum over time. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 11:30a-8p
• Wednesday and Friday open to day or evening 8 hour schedule

• IOP Groups
