Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to join our award-winning Investor Relations (IR) team. You will support the Vice President and Director of IR in managing daily operations and strategic programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with key partners including institutional investors, Wall Street analysts, and senior leadership. You will report to the VP of Investor Relations and work in a hybrid setting based in Redwood City, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of Investor Relations practices, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Manage deliverables for the quarterly earnings process.
  • Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, bus tours, and hosted events, including scheduling, travel, catering, and meeting spaces.
  • Manage schedules for the VP and Director of IR, handle meeting requests, and process travel expenses.
  • Utilize the investor CRM system to document interactions, update investor profiles, and prepare executive briefing materials.
  • Organize and oversee the investor website, vendor contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Confidence engaging with senior partners at the VP+ level.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or similar data management tools.
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Slides is a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance organizations is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

In California, the pay range for this role is $103,200 - $145,600 USD, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid time off, sick leave, holidays, parental leave, health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and potential bonuses and equity.
