As an Investor Relations Manager on the Investor Relations team, you will work on positioning the Rippling story for investors, research analysts, global banks, and other important partners. You will build high-trust relationships with our current and prospective investors while guiding Rippling’s approach to financings in the private markets through an IPO and post-IPO. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP, Head of IR and GM of Startups while working closely with our CFO and CEO as needed. Responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing information that will inform our narrative and investor materials, managing investor and analyst relationships, and managing various investor meetings, presentations, and events. You will also serve as a key resource to internal stakeholders and a strategic contributor to the company’s planning and communications functions. We are looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated professional with strong financial analysis and communication skills.
