Head of Investor Relations
Location: United States (Remote or Hybrid)

Our client is a leading provider of cloud-native software solutions, helping large enterprises worldwide. Revenues between $50-200M annual, growing with very health balance book for M&A.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Investor Relations to lead its investor communication strategy and strengthen relationships with the investment community. This role will be based in the United States and will report directly to the CFO. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's investor messaging, increasing market visibility, and ensuring alignment between the company’s financial performance and investor expectations. Additionally, this individual will be actively involved in fundraising efforts, supporting capital-raising initiatives, investor engagement strategies, and M&A activities by providing investor insights and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive investor relations (IR) strategy aligned with the company’s corporate objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Craft compelling investor communications, including earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
- Organize and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls to enhance the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the CFO and executive leadership to articulate the company’s financial performance, strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to the leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with SEC and NASDAQ regulations, maintaining transparency and credibility in investor communications.
- Support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and communications as they relate to investor expectations.
- Lead and support fundraising activities, including engaging with potential investors, preparing fundraising materials, and identifying new sources of capital.
- Support M&A efforts by conducting investor communications, preparing market analyses, and ensuring transparency in strategic transactions.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 7+ years in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or related fields within a publicly listed company in the telecom or technology sector. Experience in fundraising, M&A, and capital markets transactions is strongly preferred.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of financial reporting, capital markets, and investor relations best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, investor-friendly messaging.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and internal executives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities to assess market trends and investor perceptions.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SEC and NASDAQ reporting requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
