Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Integrity GRC to drive cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. You will define project scope, manage plans, and coordinate between Compliance, Legal, Regulatory offices, and frontline teams to safeguard Meta’s products and services.

The role requires experience in trust and safety, risk management, and governance, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align priorities and deliver results at scale.

  • 7+ years of experience in trust and safety, integrity, or risk management.
  • 3+ years of program management in a corporate environment.

Meta's Integrity Risk team is the central engine driving risk management and compliance in trust & safety at the company, supporting Meta and the family of apps. We’re seeking experienced GRC and Integrity talent to help enable and safeguard Meta’s products and services, by upholding existing Content Regulation requirements and meeting emergent compliance obligations. The Integrity Risk team is responsible for (a) enabling the business to achieve its goals at scale and pace; (b) safeguarding the business against real-world security risks; and (c) addressing the regulatory scrutiny the business faces. Our goal is to make Meta the premier place to work for governance, risk, compliance, and integrity professionals.We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated ability to manage complex programs, track deliverables, and maintain accuracy across workstreams with knowledge of risk management, compliance, and/or integrity functions. You should have Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical stakeholders and proven success in building and maintaining relationships across a wide range of global stakeholders. You will drive cross-functional engagement, and communicate the overall strategy for initiatives within the program to key stakeholders. You should be able to prioritize competing demands based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs, pivot quickly and effectively when necessary, and have integrity and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will need to manage competing priorities effectively, be able to work with ambiguity, and pivot quickly and effectively when necessary. You are an experienced trust and safety professional who can translate work across compliance and integrity teams seamlessly and act as the connection point between GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and the business, maintaining integrity subject matter expertise.Program Manager, Integrity GRC Responsibilities:Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s)Prioritize program goals, understand and translate stakeholders’ needs into goals and deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing joint goals and deliverables across one or more cross functional teamsSupport execution of risk and compliance-related activities, including risk assessments, regulatory requests for information, designing and testing controls and safeguards, issue management, exams/audits, governance, data and tooling systems, and/or regulatory and compliance transparency reportingServe as an integrity subject matter expert and act as the connection point between Compliance, Legal, Regulatory offices, and first-line business teamsMaintain an in-depth understanding of the broad regulatory landscape impacting Meta across integrity teams and focus areas, with the skills to translate changes into actionable project workReview key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviationsMaintain knowledge of Meta’s products, policies, and Integrity functions to identify stakeholders and build and maintain relationships across a wide array of global cross functional partnersEstablish streamlined communication and engagement models with various integrity stakeholders to communicate project statuses, updates, and ask for input and feedback to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time completion of deliverablesIdentification of risks and detailing of mitigation plans to ensure that projects stay on track, or are brought back on track in the event of delays or blockersIdentify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scaleEnsure adherence to defined standards in order for Meta to maintain legal and regulatory complianceCreate & facilitate presentations to support management's understanding and influence decision-makingProvide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them develop their skills and their expertiseDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement in the integrity risk management functionBuild and maintain relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, influencing their decisions and driving alignment around integrity risk management prioritiesSupport business travel on an as-needed basis (up to 10%)Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in trust and safety, Integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, OR governance, compliance, and risk management3+ years program management experience in a corporate environmentExperience with Integrity or Trust and Safety, or Risk and Compliance principles, practices, and solutionsPreferred Qualifications:Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience working on risk assessments, transparency reports, responses to regulators or other external parties, audits, and/or designing controls specific to meet regulatory expectationsExperience working in information security and/or cybersecurityDemonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies3+ years working in a corporate environment subject to audit against federal or industry-wide regulationsMaster's Degree and/or certification(s)Knowledge of global content regulations, content moderation practices, and internet trust and safety best practicesProgram management skills including planning, organizing, pre-empting risks/blockers, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver successful programs or projects, while operating with minimal guidanceAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
