The right candidate must be able to oversee matrixed work streams and act as a trusted partner to senior executives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the single point of accountability for integration-related workstreams.
• Driving execution of the integration framework, ensuring progress and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partnering with executives and functional leaders in a two-in-a-box model to guide operational and government program integration.
• Overseeing governance, risk management, and issue resolution to meet target milestones toward full integration by 2027.

This is a highly visible and strategic role, ideal for someone with Facets experience, healthcare payer systems knowledge, and executive-level stakeholder management expertise.
