Job Title: Program Manager - Infrastructure Sourcing
Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager - Infrastructure Sourcing to support procurement and supply chain operations for critical hardware infrastructure programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about improving processes through automation and data-driven decision making.
The successful candidate will partner with sourcing, supply chain, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage purchasing activities, track program deliverables, maintain supplier records, and build reporting solutions that improve operational visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or operations programs
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, AppSheet, or similar reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing purchase orders, invoices, contracts, or supplier records
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hardware, infrastructure, data center, or technology supply chains
- Knowledge of procurement operations, supplier management, and sourcing processes
- Experience with bill of materials (BOM), NPI programs, inventory planning, or material management
- Basic SQL, Python, or scripting experience
- Experience building process automation solutions
- Background working within large technology organizations
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders across multiple hardware categories
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and purchase order issues with cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain contract documentation and supplier records within internal systems
- Support part number creation, bill of materials (BOM) updates, end-of-life (EOL) tracking, and rebate management
- Assist with new product introduction (NPI) activities, including sample forecasting, material tracking, and supply issue resolution
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track sourcing activities, supply status, and operational performance
- Analyze existing workflows and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Coordinate across sourcing, finance, operations, engineering, and supplier teams to drive issue resolution and program execution
- Ensure data accuracy and operational excellence across procurement and sourcing processes
