Job summary

Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities supporting multiple programs across a large enterprise network. This role will serve as a primary procurement point of contact for program teams, hardware and deployment stakeholders, and external suppliers, ensuring accurate purchase orders and timely equipment delivery.

Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00/8:30 AM–5:00 PM with some flexibility.
• Primarily an independent, corporate procurement desk role with regular cross‑functional collaboration.
• Approximately 1 hour of overtime per week may be needed.
• Training includes virtual system training, one week of peer shadowing, one week of reverse shadowing, followed by independent execution.
• Systems may include Coupa, Oracle, Kinaxis, Enovia, and Teamcenter.

Success in This Role

Success is measured by timely and accurate purchase order execution and proactive communication of supply risks, enabling deployment teams to take preventative action quickly.
