Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Mason, OH is seeking a Senior Associate Program Manager to lead IPTs focused on IR sensor production. On-site role with a 9/80 schedule, travel up to 20%.

You will drive program execution to meet customer requirements and financial objectives, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams. The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree (or graduate degree) with relevant experience, or a combination of years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree in a technical field with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and mission success
• Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs
• Act as primary contact and leader for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on assigned programs
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences
• Travel up to 20% to domestic locations
• Other duties as assigned
