Job summary

You will act as the technical lead for the program team and mentor others while interfacing with customers and suppliers. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 9+ years of related experience or a graduate degree with 7+ years is required, and the ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Physics, or related Engineering with 9+ years of experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience may be accepted.
• Must be able to obtain a US Secret security clearance.
• Experience leading a team or project in EO/IR sensor field recommended.
• Experience on DoD programs and MBSE practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, system integration, validation and verification for EO/IR sensor programs.
• Coach/mentor team members and oversee development activities across lifecycle.
• Perform systems analysis, evaluate performance, and influence design decisions.
• Serve as technical spokesperson to customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate within Missile Solutions Segment and ensure program success.
