Job description

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything. At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career inside a fast-growing U.S. talent company — remote.

This time, the role is on our own team. TLNT Group helps growing companies build their teams through two services: TLNT, dedicated full-time nearshore talent from Latin America, and Spin, U.S. direct-hire recruiting. We serve 500+ clients and run a lean, technology-forward operation.

As our Partnerships Manager, you own TLNT's partner channel end to end — finding the right partners, agreeing on terms, standing up a repeatable partner program, and managing those relationships so they consistently create opportunities our Account Executives can work and close. You report to the Director of Sales; AEs close, and you don't manage a team. You're measured on partner-sourced SQLs and revenue, the number of actively producing partners, and how efficiently the channel runs against our cost-per-SQL target.

You don't need to have built a partner program from scratch. If you come from account management and you're great at building relationships and opening negotiations cold, we'll support you in structuring referral fees, revenue share, and exclusivity, and you'll start from a template for partner intake and enablement.

Who Our Partners Are
  • HR technology platforms, payroll providers, PEOs and EORs whose clients need to hire.
  • Benefits and insurance brokers, fractional HR and CFO firms, and CPA firms that advise growing companies.
  • Franchisors serving their franchisees, and portfolio operations teams at VC and private equity firms.
  • Industry associations, communities and event organizers — including white-label or co-branded event and distribution deals.
What You'll Do
  • Target the right partners. Build and prioritize a partner list by ICP overlap, referral likelihood, and path to SQL.
  • Recruit and sign. Prospect partners and lead them from first conversation through discovery, term sheet, and signed agreement.
  • Negotiate the terms. Work with leadership to structure referral fees, revenue share, white-label/co-brand, co-marketing/MDF, exclusivity and operating SLAs with sales.
  • Run the partner program. Starting from our template, operate intake, enablement materials, training, the submission path, and AE handoff rules — and improve them as you learn.
  • Activate partners. Drive joint activity — webinars, events, shared content, client intros — that creates real opportunities, not vanity logos.
  • Close the loop. Route partner leads to AEs quickly, stay involved from SQL to close, and report outcomes back to partners.
  • Own attribution. Keep partner attribution and reporting in HubSpot clean, so partner-sourced pipeline and revenue are trusted.
  • Review every quarter. Double down on what produces SQLs, fix what's soft, and retire what doesn't.
  • Work AI-first. Use AI tools to map ecosystems, find overlap, and personalize outreach at scale.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in account management, partnerships, channel, alliances, or business development — ideally in HR services, HR tech, staffing, or B2B services.
  • A track record of managing a book of relationships: regular reviews, performance conversations, and the judgment to step back from accounts that don't produce.
  • Confidence negotiating from a cold start. Experience structuring referral fees, revenue share, or exclusivity is a plus — we'll support you on the commercial design.
  • Proof that relationships you managed produced measurable pipeline, SQLs, or revenue. Bring the numbers.
  • A network among HR tech, PEOs/EORs, payroll, brokers, or advisors — or a clear plan to build one fast.
  • Comfort presenting to and co-hosting events with partners and customers.
  • Organized and commercially sharp, fluent with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and with AI tools.
Salary & Perks
  • Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly — a base salary plus variable tied to partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • A full-time, long-term position with real ownership: you build the channel and shape how it runs.
  • Remote.
  • The position is immediately available.
  • Additional perks and benefits.
