Job summary

Temple University is seeking a Program Manager for the Leadership & Career Studies program within the College of Education. This role provides strategic oversight, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a multidisciplinary team to support students with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inclusive higher education programs for young adults with disabilities.
• Ability to promote inclusion and diversity aligned with Temple's mission.
• Experience working with families of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Familiarity with office software and accessible communication practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the L&CS program.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and PA waiver regulations.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and support professional growth.
• Manage billing compliance, data accuracy, and documentation.
• Uphold provider qualifications with DBHIDS/ODP.
• Recruit and enroll students; coordinate Destiny One platform.
• Plan information sessions, orientations, and school visits.
• Coordinate with external agencies to advance program goals.
