Govern hardware quality and ensure testing protocols are followed across suppliers.
Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies and customs planning to meet deployment deadlines.
Drive the NPI lifecycle and secure early-stage material readiness for mass deployment.
Lead multi-level vendor engagement and manage cross-functional escalations with OEMs.
