In this role, you are responsible for rack production management, rack quality management, cross-border transportation planning, NPI (New Product Introduction) rack production management, and multi-level vendor engagement and relationship management.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator (CM) capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.
  • Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and ensuring the execution of comprehensive testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT).
  • Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning (IOR/EOR), and enforcing rigorous tracking compliance (ASN/POD) to meet deployment deadlines.
  • Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, coordinating Test Requirements Document (TRD) development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployment schedules.
  • Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve high-level commercial and supply bottlenecks.
