Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs across engineering, product, and operations teams. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and guide projects from initiation to delivery while communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in program management.
7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of several engineering programs for a fast-paced, innovative engineering team.
Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership.
Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
