Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager III for Turnkey Operations in Cloud Supply Chain to lead end-to-end mass production scheduling, cross-border logistics, and NPI initiatives across global teams. The role requires collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality rack solutions.

Candidate will oversee vendor engagement, RMA quality processes, and multi-site coordination, with a focus on reducing risks and improving deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for network racks.
• Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator (CM) capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.
• Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality RMAs and ensuring testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT).
• Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning, and enforcing tracking compliance to meet deployment deadlines.
• Drive the NPI lifecycle, coordinating TRD development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployment schedules.
• Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including QBRs and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve bottlenecks.
