Responsibilities

• Plan and develop procedures for administering a large department or program.
• Manage fiscal activities, including procurement and budget analysis.
• Provide guidance to subordinate staff and evaluate performance.
• Prepare abstracts, research reports, funding proposals, and manuals.
• Create and review expenditure and activity reports.
• Administer grants and related communications, scholarships.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
• May serve as property custodian for the department.
• Perform other job-related duties.
