The University of Central Florida's Office of Undergraduate Studies seeks a Program Manager II to implement the Pegasus Launch Program, a comprehensive transfer student success initiative. This visiting, renewable position is funded by contracts and grants, with a salary range of $64,518 to $80,000 and employment contingent on funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing federally or state-funded educational programs, including budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Pegasus Launch Program.
• Lead student recruitment, engagement, retention, and completion efforts across Pegasus Launch milestones.
• Manage program budgets, grant resources, reporting requirements, and compliance with university and funding agency expectations.
• Supervise program staff, graduate assistants, and student employees.
• Build partnerships with campus units and DirectConnect institutions; organize Pegasus Launch Advisory Board and working groups.
• Direct marketing, communications, outreach, events, and sustainability planning for program growth.
