Job summary

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Experience with Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience stakeholder management across multiple levels.
Experience building processes, project plans and schedules.
3+ years developing program strategies, executing and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and govern KPIs for the program portfolio, providing visibility on milestones and performance.
Manage multiple projects requiring communication, organization and problem solving.
Gather and analyze data to establish reporting standards and tracking.
Support a fast-paced environment deploying multiple projects and initiatives.
Lead standard work and technology improvements at the network level.
Travel domestically up to 50%.
