Job summary

Amazon's North American Surface Transportation (NAST) ACES team seeks a Program Manager to identify network-level opportunities and drive end-to-end projects across Operations, ACES, Finance and Technology in Tempe, AZ.

You will develop, implement and govern KPIs, manage multiple projects, analyze data to set standards, and support a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• 3+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and govern key performance indicators (KPI) for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.
• Gather and analyze data across business functions to establish standards for project management status reporting and tracking.
• Support a fast paced environment that deploys multiple projects, programs, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Lead in the process to develop, adjust, improve, and implement standard work and technology at the network level.
• Travel domestically up to 50%.
