Job summary

Amazon's Global Logistics Exports Supply Chain Design team in Nashville, TN is seeking a Program Manager II to own end-to-end cross-border supply chain design initiatives. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define plans, drive implementation, and ensure tests meet goals.

You will monitor performance via metrics, communicate updates to leadership, and transition programs to operations while protecting cost and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project ownership from design to deployment.
• Onboard/deploy carriers following best practices and scale solutions.
• Launch and ramp the supply chain solution with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance using defined metrics and dashboards.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and adjust plans accordingly.
• Stabilize operations and transition the program to ongoing operations.
