Qualifications

  • Experience developing Learning Management Systems, including setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans partnering with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
  • Establish phasing and metrics for the program life-cycle to address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship (deployment of machine and people resources).
  • Identify and collect data required to execute and govern programs, maintain project trackers and status reports, and manage program tasks and dependencies.
  • Execute change management requirements identified by program stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations and ensuring insights for effective decisions.
