Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across offices and time zones. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and deadlines.

The role sits within the Data Center group, which designs and operates advanced electrical, HVAC, and infrastructure systems. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with LMS software, Intellum, and Evolve.
• Experience developing Learning Management Systems, including setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver predictable program communication plans partnering with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
• Establish phasing and metrics associated with the program life-cycle to address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship partnering with program stakeholders to meet near- and long-term objectives.
• Identify and collect data required to execute and govern programs, maintain project trackers and status reports, and manage program tasks and dependencies.
• Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent practical experience.


• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
