Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Program Manager 2 in Roy, UT to lead one of our next-generation hypersonic programs. You will direct all phases from inception to completion, manage cost, schedule and technical performance, and serve as the primary customer liaison.

The role requires a US citizen with active Top Secret clearance, EVMS experience, and a track record in program management. We offer relocation assistance, a 9/80 work schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• US citizen with active Top Secret clearance
• Experience in project management/execution and closeout
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) principles and application

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion
• Own cost, schedule and technical performance of tooling programs
• Serve as customer contact and lead program reviews on cost/schedule/technical performance
• Establish milestones, monitor master plans, and resolve schedule or contract issues
• Direct cross-functional teams across technical, manufacturing and administrative areas
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and maintain risk register with corrective actions
• Strategically manage program budgets with fiscal discipline and predictability
