Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT is seeking a Program Manager 2 to lead next generation hypersonic initiatives within the Flight Systems Futures unit. This role directs program phases from inception to completion, manages cost, schedule, and technical performance, and serves as primary customer contact. U.S.

citizenship and active Top Secret clearance are required; relocation assistance may be provided. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 9/80 schedule, with potential bonuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years’ experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizen with active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance, current and within scope, with ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Experience in project management/execution and closeout.
• Experienced in Earned Value Management (EV) in an applicable system.

Responsibilities

• Directing all phases of program from inception through completion.
• Responsibility for the cost, schedule and technical performance of tooling programs.
• Acting as customer contact for program activities and leading program reviews.
• Establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules.
