Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for WWGS Operations Reporting in Austin to own critical dashboards and AI-enabled data pipelines. You will manage compensation-linked scorecards, production reports, and integrations across 50+ data sources, embedding AI efficiencies into data architecture and processes.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle of scorecards and reports, coordinate monthly cycles from development to production, and collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to maintain

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
