Program Manager II – GDSN Vendor Onboarding

We are seeking a Program Manager II to lead the vendor onboarding process for a large-scale initiative centered on Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) integration. We are seeking a Program Manager II to lead the vendor onboarding process for a large-scale initiative centered on Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) integration. This role is instrumental in enhancing package hierarchy data to support receive accuracy and operational scalability across retail and supply chain programs. You will coordinate directly with vendor partners, category owners, and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding, manage progress tracking, and resolve complex process issues.

The ideal candidate brings deep project management experience within retail, consumables, ecommerce, or manufacturing environments—especially in vendor onboarding. You’ll be responsible for designing onboarding workflows, tracking success metrics, resolving blockers, and presenting updates to leadership. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with substantial opportunity to influence systems and product accuracy at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of GDSN vendor onboarding projects, coordinating directly with 20+ vendors and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed tracking mechanisms to monitor onboarding progress and issue resolution
• Identify and document dependencies, blockers, and opportunities for process improvements; propose scalable solutions
• Develop onboarding playbooks, communication frameworks, and update trackers using PM tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Confluence, Quip)
• Interface with category owners, supply chain product managers, and technical teams to align on program success criteria
• Consolidate and present weekly updates and issue briefs to leadership stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

• 5–8 years of project management experience in retail consumables, ecommerce, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, tracking onboarding progress, and delivering stakeholder reports
• Familiarity with GDSN concepts, catalog data quality, or product hierarchy is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
