Technical Program Manager II – API Integrations & Developer Enablement

itD is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to lead integration acceleration efforts across a suite of APIs for a high-impact platform enablement team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for data-driven problem-solving, scaled developer support, and a strong technical foundation in API and analytics program design. The ideal candidate will partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to remove friction, accelerate adoption, and improve partner performance across a complex developer ecosystem.

This long-term W2 opportunity is fully remote, with preference for candidates who can work PST hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute programs to accelerate API adoption and proactively resolve technical integration blockers across signal-based products.
  • Serve as a technical consultant to internal product and program managers and external developers on API strategy, integration pathways, and system optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, partnerships, and product stakeholders to translate developer needs into scalable, data-informed tooling enhancements.
  • Build analytic notebooks and dashboards using SQL and other tools to support product-level and partner-level decision-making.
  • Investigate and manage technical issues, drive root cause resolution, and deliver high-quality developer support experiences.
  • Author internal documentation, integration guides, and program playbooks.
  • Act as a feedback conduit between the developer community and product teams, influencing product roadmaps with partner insights.
The internal responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material. (Blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required qualifications and skills
  • 5+ years in technical program management, developer relations, or integration consulting.
  • Hands-on experience supporting API products and developer platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Looker.
  • Ability to distill technical issues into actionable solutions across product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Effective communicator with experience translating complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications and skills
  • Familiarity with online advertising systems or signal/data infrastructure.
  • Experience writing integration guides or managing developer onboarding programs.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or certifications in project management (PMP/PMI) are a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
