Job summary

The Connection House in Middletown, CT, is seeking a Program Manager 1 for a full-time position. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of the work release program, including scheduling, facility management, contract obligations and fiscal oversight.

You will collaborate with Adult Services and Community Justice staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients from incarceration back into the community, supporting job preparation and reentry efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of related experience and supervision.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the program including scheduling, facility, contract obligations and fiscal management.
• Collaborate with Adult Services and Community Justice staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients back into the community.
