Job summary

The Connection is seeking a Program Director for the Sierra Pre Trial program in New Haven, CT. This full-time role supervises clinical and direct care staff and drives program operations to support individuals reentering the community after incarceration.

Must hold a Master’s Degree in Human Services and 3+ years of leadership experience; licensure is required or eligible. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities and a weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Human Services discipline (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
• 3+ years related leadership experience required.
• Licensed or licensed eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC, LMFTA, LMFT).
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical and task supervision for Clinical Manager, Clinician, and direct care staff.
• Focus on program operations and development; coordinate with funders, referring agents, medical and clinical providers to establish wrap-around services.
