Job summary

Orangepeople is seeking a Program Manager to support sustaining OPM and PCE teams across multiple programs. The role includes recurring reporting, maintaining internal systems, creating and reconciling POs, and building advanced Google Sheets/Excel models.

• Data analysis and reporting experience with strong Excel skills.
• Clear cross-team communication and ability to ensure action items are completed.
• Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with detailed plans and manage integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients with crisp decks.
• Consolidate KPIs, attendee lists, minutes, and prepare slide decks for reports.
