Job summary

OP is hiring a dynamic Program Manager to support the sustaining OPM and PCE teams across multiple programs. The role owns recurring reporting (KPIs, meeting minutes, leadership decks), maintains our internal systems (Butterfly notifications, Workplace/Wiki, incident management tooling), creates and reconciles POs, and builds advanced Google Sheets/Excel models.

We're looking for 2 4 years of consumer hardware experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and someone who can turn messy

Qualifications

• Data analysis and reporting experience with strong Excel.
• Cross-team communication to ensure actions are completed; clear rationale.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Reporting: Consolidate KPIs, attendee lists, meeting minutes, and prepare slide decks for various reports
• Maintain internal systems: Set up Butterfly tools and notifications, Workplace/Wiki Maintenance, Incident management systems
• POs: Create, track, audit
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
