Job summary

The University of Idaho’s Center on Disabilities and Human Development seeks a program coordinator to plan and oversee educational, outreach or professional programs. You will work with staff, students and public agencies to deliver program activities and manage data collection for reports.

The role requires collaboration across teams, budgeting oversight, and the ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; four additional years of experience in program coordination may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two years of program coordination or program management experience.
• Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of program deliverables, services and activities.
• Coordinate a team with an array of talents and responsibilities.
• Collect, compile and summarize program data for reports.
• Participate in developing program operating goals, objectives and protocols.
• Maintain program budgets, monitoring and reviewing transactions for compliance with program requirements.
• Active participation in the development and submission of program proposals.
• Lead collection and compilation of program assessment data.
• May supervise the work of others or lead a team to accomplish assigned goals.
