Job summary

Community Intersections is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a disability services program, supervise coordinators and staff, and ensure services meet state and contractor standards.

You will develop individualized service plans, coordinate schedules, monitor billing and safety, and build strong relationships with families and funding sources.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to person-centered support.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in business, social services, or related field.
• Experience working with people with disabilities, children, or elderly persons.
• Criminal background check required per state regulations.
• Driver's license and auto insurance required (special circumstances may apply).
• Three positive references (two from previous employers).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision of coordinators, lead staff, and contractors.
• Ensure program requirements are met by local and state entities.
• Develop and implement ISSP for each individual within timelines.
• Schedule, supervise, and guide staff and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with state, contractor, and company standards.
• Monitor paperwork, billing, safety inspections, and quality service.
• Maintain communication with contractors, families, and involved parties.
• Lead department meetings and establish budget requirements.
• Coordinate transportation or training for community access.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
