Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Program Manager I to support the execution of company programs, overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance under a lead PM. The PM I serves as a focal point for one or more programs and is the primary contact for internal customers.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering and 2–5 years in program management; UAS experience and international program exposure are a plus. ITAR/EAR compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with international programs is desired.
• Experience in a highly technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Management of the program throughout the program life-cycle.
• Ensure alignment with internal customers.
• Implement and manage lead PM’s program controls and success criteria.
• Support identification, analysis, and management of program-level risks.
• Coordinate and align project teams and their inter-dependencies.
• Establish and communicate program priorities.
• Inform stakeholders of program status and health.
• Lead program meetings and reviews for internal customers and teams.
• Support development, maintenance and reporting of program statistics.
• Analyze potential changes in program scope and impact.
• Assist and/or coordinate preparation of cost and technical proposals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
