Albertina Kerr in Cornelius, OR is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our neighborhood group home and empower residents to reach their full potential.

You will supervise staff, train teams, develop individualized support plans, and coordinate services, stepping in as a Direct Support Professional when needed to ensure staffing and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years delivering attendant care to adults in regulated settings.
• At least one year leading or coordinating two or more staff.
• English language proficiency for communication with residents and team.
• Ability to respond to crises calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff in a neighborhood group home and implement core procedures.
• Develop and monitor individual support plans and coordinate services.
• Fill-in as Direct Support Professional to maintain staffing ratios.

You will lead, mentor, and train staff to implement our core competencies, policies and procedures, and administrative rules to ensure the development and implementation of individual support plans. You will also be responsible for coordinating any necessary or desired services for each individual. You will fill-in as a Direct Support Professional when necessary to ensure staffing ratios and act as primary contact for staff 24 hours per day, 5 days per week. You will be key in preventing and resolving conflicts and leading and managing change.
