Albertina Kerr in Cornelius, OR seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support a youth residential group home. You will supervise staff, coordinate peer support, and assist with budgeting and compliance, Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with weekend on-call rotation.

Qualifications include at least one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Access to benefits is provided.

Our mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges to lead self-determined lives in their communities.As an Assistant Program Manager, you'll work in a youth residential group home in Cornelius, OR, providing support for youth ages 10-17 years old with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Help them achieve their goals and desired lifestyles! You'll assist your Program Manager in providing peer support to staff, creating a positive work environment, and with financial oversight.This position works Day shift Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm, at a youth residential group home, with an additional weekend on-call rotation 1-2 times per month.
