The candidate will manage budgets, fundraising, grants, and liaise with government and international partners, while ensuring survivor engagement, data collection, and event execution under the Director and ICHT.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in international relations, human rights, or related field.
• Five years of professional experience, including policy and law applications at national level.
• Strong research interests in human rights and human trafficking.
• Familiarity with major national and international human rights and governmental institutions.
• Proven managerial and staff supervision能力; excellent English writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer the overall operation of the office of the Human Trafficking Academy.
• Prepare and coordinate the annual work program of the Academy.
• Develop and implement projects, including research projects, and supervise staff.
• Fundraising, grant applications, and budget submissions for events.
• Maintain external partnerships and liaise with government and international bodies.
• Ensure survivor engagement, monitor outcomes, and oversee events and curricula.
• Represent the Academy in meetings, conferences, and media interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date website content and social media presence.
