Job summary

United Against Human Trafficking seeks a Program Associate to help lead our support group program across the Houston area. The role guides facilitators, coordinates marketing, and networks for group locations within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and experience in case management, supervision, and community resources. The position is hybrid with some evenings/weekends and requires travel within Greater Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Case management-related experience is required.
• Experience with leadership or supervision is required.
• Clinical experience working with individuals and groups is preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide array of community resources is a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Hybrid position with remote and in-office Uptown availability; some evenings and weekends.
• Travel within the Greater Houston area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20-30 support group locations within assigned territory.
• Record attendance and report monthly to Senior Program Coordinator.
• Enter new participant information into database monthly.
• Prepare quarterly program reports for all assigned groups.
• Provide community resource referrals for participants.
• Assist in planning volunteer and group events and coordinate trainings.
• Liaise between the organization and group locations.
