Job summary

IPA is seeking a senior program manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Human Trafficking Research Initiative (HTRI) in New York. You will oversee a portfolio of 15-20 active sub-awards and ensure rigorous budget reviews and financial tracking.

As the primary operations lead, you will coordinate across multi-stakeholder teams, stay current on research literature, and contribute to policy briefs and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant social science field.
• At least four years of work experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, program management, or international development.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience presenting research or policy findings.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, and Salesforce (preferred).
• Professional proficiency in French or Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of IPA's Human Trafficking Research Initiative (HTRI).
• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 active research sub-awards.
