Job summary

Sevita is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operation of a human services program in Georgia. You will ensure performance targets are met and clinical staff receive operational training.

You will coach staff, manage caseloads, supervise performance, and build relationships with families, funding sources, and regulatory agencies while monitoring revenue and expenses to align with program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Licensure as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance if transporting individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Manage program staff with coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Assign caseloads, evaluate performance for QA, conduct new employee orientation, and manage staff development.
• Supervise staff including evaluations, scheduling, and employee relations issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with individuals served, families, funding sources, and regulators.
• Project revenue and monitor monthly expenses in line with program goals.
• Promote programs to funding sources and community groups; respond to information requests.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, contractual, corporate, and legal requirements; ensure accurate up-to-date records.
• Serve as liaison with consulting staff (psychiatrists, psychologists, physicians, etc.).
• Oversee interface with billing systems and other units to meet company needs.
• Recommend policies to enhance program efficiency using analytics.
