Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the daily operation of our neurorehabilitation program, ensuring performance targets are met and that clinical staff receive operational training.

You will supervise and develop staff, assign caseloads, monitor compliance, and work with clinicians and regulators to maintain high-quality services across locations. Starting salary is $60,000+ depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Five+ years of relevant experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Licensure as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with multitasking ability.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage program staff with coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline.
• Assign caseloads, evaluate performance for QA, and oversee staff development.
• Supervise staff including evaluations and scheduling; resolve HR issues.
• Supervise clinical and crisis management and on-call duties.
• Develop relationships with individuals served, families, funding sources, and regulators.
• Project revenue and monitor monthly expenses against goals.
• Promote programs to funding sources and community groups; respond to information requests.
• Monitor regulatory, contractual, corporate, and legal compliance; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with consulting clinicians; ensure clinical standards and treatment adherence.
• Interface with billing and other units to meet company requirements.
• Recommend policies to improve efficiency using data-driven insights.
