Qualifications

• At least 1 year of case management experience.
• Experience with underserved populations, including those impacted by HIV.
• Demonstrated cultural humility and trauma-informed support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Street Beat’s HIV prevention and outreach services.
• Supervise case managers and program staff.
• Ensure compliance with grant deliverables.
