Job summary

NYU Langone Health in New York, NY is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee HIV care and prevention services. This important role includes direct supervision of prevention navigators and designing initiatives to improve access to HIV testing and PrEP.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree and experience with culturally diverse communities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HIV prevention or care and supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Prevention Navigators.
• Design, implement, and evaluate initiatives to improve HIV testing rates.
• Holds responsibility for grant aspects including program design and quality assurance.
• Maintain a calendar of grant-related reporting requirements.
• Conduct reviews of HIV testing logs to ensure data quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations related to HIV prevention.
• Support coordination of program events and community engagement.
