Job summary

Housing Works in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Program Manager for outreach and prevention within the Youth & Prevention Services portfolio. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and oversee two contracted programs related to HIV prevention and engagement services.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, culturally responsive services for youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, and communities affected by HIV and housing instability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, scheduling, and support to assigned staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate outreach and engagement strategies across community-based and digital channels.
• Oversee HIV prevention services workflows, including testing, PrEP education, and referrals.
• Monitor documentation, service indicators, and contract performance.
• Develop relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand access to Housing Works’ services.
• Represent YPS at internal meetings, community events, and outreach activities.

Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field
