Job summary

Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to support the Colangelo College of Business. This full-time role coordinates activities, tasks, and projects to meet established specifications, reporting to the administrative staff of CCOB.

You will schedule, plan, and organize program activities, review departmental needs, and communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure timely, high-quality results while upholding the University's Christian mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Experience in higher education environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and general office software.
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative and project experience.
• Align with the University’s Doctrinal Statement and Mission.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, and organize activities of an assigned program, project, or function.
• Review departmental needs and determine effective ways to meet goals.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure GCU is well represented.
• Provide customer service support for all operational customers and staff.
• Support the integrity of the GCU Christian mission, faith integration, and learning outcomes.
