Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Program Manager for the DMIX PMO in Reston, VA, contingent on contract award. The role supports DHA health data technical solutions, guiding product development, lifecycle management, and translating customer needs into requirements.
Occasional national travel and remote work within the United States may be possible, with on-site presence in Reston as preferred. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years delivering IT programs, DHA experience, and active SAFe RTE/SPC
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- 10 years IT program or service delivery experience.
- DHA delivery experience is required.
- 2 years coordinating delivery across Agile teams using SAFe.
- Experience managing production IT services and system integration.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and progress management.
- Active SAFe RTE or SPC certification required.
- Preferred PMP or PgMP or Advanced SAFe practice Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Lead DMIX PMO product development and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with Government KO, COR and agencies.
- Manage multiple vendors and transitions.
- Ensure staffing, budget, risk, and performance targets.
- Lead enterprise software development projects.
- Budget accountability within Leidos.
