Zusammenfassung

Leidos Health and Services Sector seeks a Program Manager to lead product development for DHA health data solutions, manage the product lifecycle, and translate customer needs into requirements. The role supports the DES PMO, COR, and KO across multi‑vendor environments with SAFe and Azure DevOps execution.

The ideal candidate has DHA delivery experience, SAFe certification, and a background in enterprise IT services, staffing, budgeting, and risk management, with US-wide travel to Reston, VA as

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with DHA delivery experience required.
10 years supporting IT programs or service delivery, including 5 years leading IT projects.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams using SAFe or similar framework.
Experience managing production IT services, vendors, and SLAs.
Active SAFe RTE/SPC certification required; PMP/PgMP/ASPC preferred.

Aufgaben

Lead and manage the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing business and external customer needs.
Translate needs into detailed product requirements for DHA health data solutions.
Support the Government DES PMO and COR, coordinating with KO and other officials.
Oversee multi-vendor operations, modernization efforts, and controlled transitions.
Deliver through EIDS SAFe and Government Azure DevOps with budget accountability.
